The medical practice opened in the Criterion Arcade, at 147 Balo Street Moree on Wednesday, nine months since it was established by doctors Callum Fealy and Alaa Omar Said.
Until now, Gwydir Medical had been operating out of Moree Hospital.
Dr Fealy said it's exciting to finally be in the new building, after months of hard work.
"It took a lot of hard work to get it going," he said.

The new facility, which had been under construction since October, includes four doctors' consultation rooms, two treatment rooms and a care plan and immunisation room.
Dr Fealy said the feedback has only been positive from the community since the new building opened.
"We've had excellent feedback," he said.
"Every patient has had something nice to say. Patients have loved the feel of the place and how fresh and relaxing it is."
The Gwydir Medical team would like to thank all the "incredibly talented local trades professionals" who brought the new practice to fruition including, B&F Gartshore Builders, Anna Gall Interiors, Belinda's Creative Signs, Chill Care Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Plan A Electrical, Kitchens of Distinction, Stoltenberg Flooring Xtra, Scott Murray Security, Moree Fire & Security, and Wayne Tucker Painting Services.
"The quality of their work and customer efficiency has made the whole process so much easier," Dr Fealy said.
"A special thanks also to the Moree Hospital Health Service who made their clinic rooms available to us at short notice and Moree Plains Shire Council who have been supportive and helpful throughout the entire process.
"Lastly, a big thanks to the people of Moree for their patience and support so far."
Gwydir Medical is open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 11am on Saturdays. To make an appointment, call (02) 6797 8733.
