A 26-year-old man will face court later this month after ammunition and firearm parts were seized during a search on a Mungindi property on Monday.

Officers attached to the New England Police District conducted a search warrant at a premises in Mungindi on Monday, September 28.
A number of items were seized during the search, including firearm parts and ammunition.
A 26-year-old man was subsequently arrested and charged with property offences and possession of ammunition without a licence/permit.
He was granted bail to appear at Mungindi Court on October 21.
Police are now seeking assistance from anyone who may be able to identify a rifle bolt that was seized at the time.
Police believe the rifle bolt has been stolen and are seeking to identify the owner.
