A Moree great grandmother has cried tears of joy after discovering she is now $200,000 richer from yesterday’s Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot draw.

The northern New South Wales player won the guaranteed first prize of $200,000 in Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot draw 1222, drawn on Wednesday, 13 February.
Speaking with a NSW Lotteries official this morning to confirm her win, the woman couldn’t contain her joy over the life-changing news.
“That is fantastic! It’s unbelievable. You have no idea what this can do for me,” the woman said.
“It’s just so beautiful, that’s unbelievable! I just can’t believe it. It’s so wonderful.
“I’ve got a whole tribe of children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
“My whole family will love it. They’ll be so relieved.”
When asked how the emotional winner planned to spend her Lucky Lotteries windfall, she revealed it would go a long way to help renovate her home.
“My house is falling down around my ears and I can have it fixed now,” she said.
“I also desperately need a new car so it will really help! I’ve had it nearly 20 years so it’s time for a new one. That would be lovely.
“It would be such a big help! I don’t want to waste any of it!"
The winner, who wishes to remain anonymous, purchased her winning entry of one random number online at thelott.com – Australia’s official lotteries.
The Lucky Lotteries Mega Jackpot prize is now $42.28 million for draw 1223 while the Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot is now $3.36 million for draw 10272.
