Recently Ms Katrina Tarrant of Raine and Horne Corporate Sydney office presented the 30 years of service award to principal of the Moree office, Kelly Atkins.
Ms Atkins said it was a great association of the two, noting the generational changes from doyen Max to Angus Raine and her parents June and John to her, upon their retirement in recent years.
“Thirty years of service under the Raine and Horne banner makes Raine and Horne Moree the longest, continuously operating agency in Moree with plenty of repeat clients,” Raine and Horne chairman Angus Raine said.
“This is a phenomenal record considering the real estate market in Moree is so dependent on environmental factors affecting sales and revenue.”
Ms Atkins attributes the longevity of the family business to the pioneering real estate spirit of her parents for forty years, their decision to link with Raine and Horne in 1988 and the level of service and integrity that the agency maintains.
Fittingly, the agency has also achieved it’s 1,000th sale milestone this year.
The fusion of local experience and myriad of benefits of Raine and Horne underpins the modern agency through genuine customer service, professional marketing across traditional and digital platforms for property management and sales.
While their clients are increasingly accessing a plethora of property information from diverse sources, many seek professional confirmation on all aspects of real estate transactions - this is the invaluable role of local licensee in charge and proprietor Kelly Atkins.
