The Moree Community Library will be celebrating with a junior’s (five to 12 year olds) scavenger hunt every afternoon, after school from May 21 to 25 and on May 23 will host a Tech at Twilight wine and cheese evening.
Both Moree and Mungindi branches will host National Simultaneous Storytime at 11am on May 23.

Cooperative Library Manager Sally Walters said the event is organised by the Australian Library and Information Association to promote the value of reading and literacy, the importance of Australia's book industry and the role of libraries.
“It is a great opportunity to celebrate with a week of engaging events and competitions for all ages and showcase the services Big Sky Libraries provide to members of the public,” she said.
