Terry Hie Hie Road is currently closed at the intersection of Gwydir Highway until further notice as a result of flash flooding that occurred at Terry Hie Hie.
Berrigal Creek Road is closed at Bellata, Burrington Road is closed at Tycannah Creek and Mellburra Road, Gurley Creek Road, Pennys Creek Road, Boo Boo Road, Romaka Road, and the causeway on South of Kelvin Road are also closed due to flooding.
Each of these roads remains closed until further notice.

It comes after heavy rain in the catchment overnight on Wednesday with isolated reports of up to 180mm of rain at places like Upper Horten.
On Thursday morning, the Newell Highway 5km north of Bellata was closed due to flooding. It was reopened by 9.30am.
The Bureau of Meteorology has issued a major flood warning for the Gwydir River between Gravesend and Moree, and a minor flood warning for the Mehi River at Moree.
Residents are reminded to not attempt to drive through floodwater and obey road signs.
