A man has been sentenced to 16 months community service after police seized a number of prohibited drugs, ammunition and items suspected of being stolen during a search warrant in Moree.

Daniel Craig Flick, 35, was convicted at Inverell Local Court on Thursday, January 30 and sentenced to a Community Corrections Order for 16 months for possessing and supplying prohibited drugs.
He was charged following a search warrant at a Wilga Place address in Moree at 3.50pm on Wednesday, December 29.
The Moree Target Action Group and Moree Criminal Investigators seized a number of items, including a quantity of what police alleged to be prohibited drugs and prescription medication, ammunition, and items suspected of being stolen property and proceeds of crime.

Police are currently conducting enquiries in the hopes of identifying the owners of the suspected stolen property seized during the search warrant.
