The new building has been a few years in the making, with Grace Lutheran Pre-School receiving $455,000 in state government funding in November 2017 to expand the preschool to accommodate an additional 20 students in a second room.
More than two years later and the building is finally complete, with staff adding the finishing touches to the new room this week before students are back at preschool on Tuesday, February 4.

"It's very exciting," Grace Lutheran Pre-School service leader Megan Fleming said.
"It's very rewarding for the community, especially in the drought when everyone's going through a hard time, but this means the kids aren't being left behind.
"We're expanding and making sure there's still spaces for children to access early childhood education."
The second room will allow the preschool to take an extra 20 children per day, which opens up a total of 100 additional spaces a week, nearly doubling the number of children who can access early childhood education.
Ms Fleming said the second room is already only a few spaces from being full and both rooms will be up and running in the next few weeks.
The assistant bishop for the Lutheran Church will be in Moree on Friday to bless the new building and officially open it.
Grace Lutheran Pre-School's CEO will also be attending Friday's opening, along with members of the Lutheran Church, preschool students and their families.
The whole Moree community is also invited to attend the opening at 10am on Friday, January 31.
Following the blessing and laying of the plaque, there will be a cake cutting and morning tea for everyone to enjoy. There will also be a kids corner, with plenty of fun activities for children.
"Bring the kids along and come and check out the new building," Ms Fleming said.
