The main message for students was that well-being is fundamental to a person's overall health and enables young people to successfully overcome difficulties and achieve their true potential.
Activities were chosen for each group of students to educate on how to connect with others and improve both their physical and mental health.
St Philomena's School wanted to thank Headspace and Moree Community Health Service for providing their time to present to the students, as well as Woolworths for donating fruit to the school.
