A 58-year-old woman was flown from Moree Hospital to Tamworth Rural Referral Hospital mid-afternoon on Monday, August 26.
The woman required ongoing specialist treatment for a serious medical condition, according to the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service.
No further details on the woman's condition were provided at the time.
On Sunday night, the chopper was called to the scene of a single vehicle accident about 30km east of Boggabri to transport two of the vehicle's occupants to Tamworth.
A 24-year-old male suffered leg fractures and a 26-year-old female received arm injuries when the vehicle they were travelling in hit a tree.
The pair were flown to Tamworth Rural Referral Hospital.
A third occupant was taken to hospital by road ambulance. It is unknown what injuries the third person sustained.
