Having recently been named as a partner in C&W Financial Services, this young accountant is thrilled to now have the opportunity to help shape the success of rural Australia.
"I don't think there is a greater agricultural hub than here in Moree and it's a great spot to live and work," Fraser believes.
"It's got a great community, sport, lifestyle and for me the professional opportunity is outstanding."
"I'm humbled to be named a partner in C&W, it's an achievement I've always aspired to and professionally I'm excited to help set direction and become more involved in the firm's decision making."

Raising a young family, Harriet, 3 and Hugo, 2, with another baby on the way, Fraser and wife Elke made a conscious decision six years ago to return to her hometown of Moree.
"We were living in Brisbane, and while I grew up in Tenterfield, and my parents still live there, we felt Moree had so much to offer," Fraser said.
"Employment with C&W was a huge drawcard, and it's a fantastic place to cement a career."
Since completing a commerce degree at the University of Queensland, Fraser has worked in a number of different roles with accounting, commerce and finance.
From an analyst in gas and mining, a stint in wealth management, working in one of Brisbane's top tier accounting firms, to spending a year of the GFC working as an analyst in recession hit Dublin, Fraser benefits from a range of experience.
And it's this broad skillset C&W Financial Services' Trent Humphreys regarded as a huge asset to the firm.
"Fraser is not only driven and talented, but he's a great guy - respected and well liked within the firm and amongst our clients," Mr Humphreys said.
"We're extremely proud to have him on the team, and now as a partner Fraser will help to ensure our firm remains strong and relevant well into the future."
While Fraser is genuinely excited by the challenge, his greatest reward comes from dealing with business owners on the ground and helping ensure their decisions have the best impact on their financial success.
"In big city firms you never deal with actual hardworking people on the ground, so this work feels far more meaningful," he said.
"I hope that my experience and skills culminate well for clients across the district and have genuine repercussions for their businesses.
"We're in the middle of some very challenging times, but once the season breaks this region bounces back quickly, there are always opportunities and it's an exciting space to be in."
