A new program, designed specifically for those in the grains and cotton industries, is coming to Moree to help people answer that question.
THRIVE - Productivity for Progress - is a personal effectiveness program for "go getters" in those sectors.
It covers values, goal setting, time management, networking, communication and more.

The course is delivered by House Paddock Training and Consulting and administrated by Tocal College.
It is offered through AgSkilled, a NSW government-funded training initiative by Grains Research and Development Corporation and Cotton Australia.
AgSkilled's Claudia Vicary said the new program was suitable for people of all ages and stages of life.
Funding is available for those involved in the grains and cotton industries.
Aimed at business owners, managers and employees, the course will be via a webinar, workplace exercises and a two-day workshop.
THRIVE project manager Rebecca Fing said the course was developed in response to industry demand.
"We are excited about this program ... developed following the enormous interest and support in our Generating Regionally Outstanding Women (GROW) course," Mrs Fing said.
"Essentially our THRIVE program aims to help people 'reboot' their productivity and get more out of their day.
"The course will help participants identify how they can improve their time management and organisational skills and set effective goals, at both a personal and business level."
- The course starts on July 8 with a webinar and pre-course work; then a two-day workshop August 1-2
- Register by June 22
