Rebecca Wilkie from Brisbane travelled to Weemelah to tutor the workshops, held from May 20 to May 23.
A total of nine people attended and completed some beautiful projects including mirror frames, hot plate mats, terracotta pots and saucers, tops of cupboards, sign boards and tree stumps.
Weemelah CWA secretary Libby McPhee said it was a great few days.
"All projects were completed and look absolutely amazing," she said.
"With the unrelenting drought in the area, these workshop have invigorated the women and given them a few days of enjoyment creating pieces beyond their thoughts.
"All participants feel very refreshed after these workshops.
"We are very thankful of the funding that Hunter New England and Central Coast Primary Health Network have given the group to ensure the workshops went ahead."
