The 57-year-old male rider was killed in the crash on the Carnarvon Highway, or Mungindi Road, about 7am.
Ambulance NSW said it deployed three units to the scene of the crash, about 40km north of Moree towards Garah, shortly after 7am.
Despite emergency efforts, the rider died at the scene.
Police are still at the scene of the crash and traffic controls are in place as officers examine the area.
