As you approach the warm security of the cardboard polling booth and grasp the pencil stub to make your mark, don't be distracted by the pleasant waft of cooked onions filtering through the precinct. There will be plenty for all, with the barbecue running from 8am to 11am on Saturday, March 23.
Whether you come out of the booth with a bitter taste of defeat or salty tears of disappointment, Democracy Sausages are sure to provide a sweet feeling of optimism for the future of our nation.
