Police charged the man after witnessing the car doing a burnout at the intersection of Balo and Frome streets Moree.
The car has also been impounded for a period of three months.

The 23-year-old Moree man has been issued with a Future Court Attendance Notice for the incident after being charged with prolong, sustain etc loss of traction.
He is set to appear in Moree Local Court on Monday, December 10, 2018.
