Although council was concerned about the event coming to Moree because of an increased risk in transmitting COVID-19, organiser Anna Ellis assured the community that the event will be COVID-Safe.
Hand sanitiser will be available and all attendees must sign-in with their full name and contact number as a condition of entry. People must bring their own pen to sign in.
Attendees are also asked to maintain social distance and anyone who is unwell is asked to stay home.
There will be COVID markings and COVID marshals on site to ensure everyone is doing the right thing.
"AS long as everyone does the right thing, we can all have a good time," Ms Ellis said.
"Just because COVID's affected our lives, doesn't mean we have to hide away.
"All of us would have lost our livelihoods if we couldn't continue."
The Foodies Night Markets have been running for two years, travelling all around regional and coastal Australia.
Entry is $2, with a portion of it to be donated to Rural Aid.
