The annual event provides growers and agronomists from right across the state with the opportunity to look at some new and innovative technologies in cotton growing.
CSD's Alice Curkpatrick will discuss the CSD variety trial, CSIRO's Katie Broughton will talk about the impact of climate on cotton production while Mike Stone from ICMS will go through heat stress management through irrigation.
There will also be discussion surrounding canopy temperature senrors, a machine vision app for insect management called XtendFlex as well as an update from the CSIRO breeding team.
Anyone is welcome to come along to the event and morning tea and lunch will be provided.
Buses will leave from Moree Racecourse at 9.30am and will return at 2.30pm.
