The action began early on Friday morning with showjumping events, while the doors to the pavilions opened to the public at 9am.
The talents of the Moree community are on display in the pavilions, with a large number of entries in everything from photography to baked goods, local produce to art and craft.
The entertaining Dock Dogs is proving to be popular in its debut year, with plenty watching on as dogs from near and far showed off their jumping and swimming skills on Friday.
Meanwhile, everyone’s favourite rides and sideshow stalls are set to provide endless fun.
Moree Champion journalists, Sophie and Aidan tested out the classic Cha Cha on Friday afternoon. It was Aidan’s first time on the Cha Cha, and, by the looks of his face on this video, it could be is last.
Stay tuned for our gallery of the rodeo on Friday night, as well as all the action on Saturday.
