“The use of covert and overt strategies to address drug and property crime has continued this past week include high visibility patrols on trail bikes within the Moree sector,” Barwon LAC Crime Manager, Detective Inspector David Silversides said.
On Sunday afternoon trail bike-trained officers located a motorbike in south Moree.
The motorbike was seized by police as suspected stolen property.
Enquiries found the bike to have been stolen from a property at Boggabilla in 2016 and it has since been returned to the rightful owner.
