Each year the school supports a different cause for their annual Vinnies Christmas appeal and this year they chose to raise money to buy gifts for residents at Fairview Retirement Village.
“We thought it was a great way to let Fairview residents know that we’re thinking of them,” organiser Lauren Donnelly said.
“All year Vinnies kids and other students in the school go and read to them, so this is continuing the relationship with Fairview.”
The pancakes proved to be very popular, with huge lines throughout recess.
A total of $485 was raised on the day.
