No other candidate received enough votes to get a quota, while Mrs Humphries received 2.6 quotas
What happens next depends on whether voters followed the preferences as directed by the candidates.
The preference count will show if those who voted for Mrs Humphries put her running partner Mick Cikota second.
On Wednesday afternoon, with all primary votes counted, his quota stood at .19 per cent. In order of highest primary votes, those most likely to get in are: Stephen Ritchie (.89 of a quota), Sue Price (.74), Greg Smith (.71), John Tramby (.69) Michael Montgomery (.58) and George Chiu (.57).
Next come Glen Crump (.42), Claudia Gall (.34), Rhonda Lang (.32). The informal vote was 4.4 per cent.
