Northern Tablelands MP Adam Marshall shared yesterday that he had been contacted by many concerned people in the state, but confirmed that recreational fishing is still allowed.

According to the Department of Primary Industries, fishing is permitted as long as people are following advice in relation to social distancing.
Social distancing rules need to be followed including no more than two people together (unless they are family), as well as keeping appropriate distance from any other people fishing.
