Try-scorers Jason Saunders, Joshua Walker, James Duncan, William Fernando, James Creighton, Jamie Sampson and Elliot Knight sealed the 72-24 win for round six.
The thrashing at the Boomerang’s homeground brings up the team’s win count to four and keeps their loss tally to one.
Ladies League-tag carried on the trend with a 14-8 victory, as tries came from Jordan McKenzie, Toni McGrady and Kiyalee Duncan. The team is enjoying top spot on the ladder and share 10 points with second-place Boars and third place Glen Innes Magpies.

Tries from U18’s Preston Duncan and Braithen Whiteman weren’t enough to bring home a win, with the team suffering a 16-10 upset. They are placed fourth on the ladder, with two points behind first-place Glen Innes Magpies.
Reserve Grade had a bye but are placed comfortably at the top of the ladder with 11 points, a one point lead over second-place Boars.
The Boomerangs will clash with Narwan Eels for round seven of the competition at Newling Oval on Sunday.
