Customers in the ACT, NSW and Victoria will be able to order online a Woolworths Basics Box for $80 and will include meals, snacks and other essential items.
The boxes will be delivered by Australia Post within two to five business days of ordering.
The initiative will later be rolled out to other states and territories.
The boxes will only contain a set number of items, which the supermarket says will mean packing and delivery will be faster, and customers cannot switch or select specific products in the box.
Customers will receive updates on the delivery through Australia Post through text and email.
Online deliveries of groceries have surged in recent weeks as more people stay home to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.
Woolworths chief executive Brad Banducci said orders can be placed over the phone for those who couldn't access the internet.

"We understand many of our older or more vulnerable customers will be anxious about their grocery needs in the weeks ahead," he said.
"Going to the supermarket is a key part of everyday life for many of them, and some will have never even considered ordering groceries online before."
The announcement comes as the supermarket said it would be expanding the number of stores that would be turned into a priority delivery hub for home deliveries.

Following a trial of the initiative at 41 stores, a further 100 supermarkets will be turned into the new delivery hubs to help get more deliveries to priority assistance customers.
Trading hours for those stores will be adjusted as a result.
