The Moree Weebolla Bulls will attempt to defend their 2018 title, going up against the Croppa Creek Crows, Bellata Bullants, Mungindi Cotton Tails, Gywdir River Rats, North Star Barbarians, Inverell Highlanders and Orange City Lions.
This year, the teams will compete in the 10s format for the first time.
"We're just trying something different I suppose rather than the same old," Croppa Creek Crows Rugby Club committee member Andrew Stevenson said.
"It's a bit of fun, it'll good having a few smaller locals putting teams in this year."

The teams will be split into two pools before the finals matches will decide the winner.
The club is also celebrating its 25th year, meaning the gala day should be a big celebration.
"We sent the call out to a few of the originals, see if they can make their way back for the day, a few are planning on doing so," Stevenson said.
For the first time, junior players will have a chance to get involved in the day.
Children aged six to 12 will participate in a skills and development sessions run by NSW Rugby, before the Moree and Goondiwindi under 12s teams play a game before the senior matches kick off.
The club will also be raising funds through a barbecue and silent auction.
"Any money raised goes back into the Croppa Creek community, just help out where we can," Stevenson said.
The junior clinic will begin at 9am, with the senior games to kick off around 12pm.
