It was revenge for the Crows a year after Agri Storage defeated them in the 2018 twenty20 competition.
Set 155 to win, Agri Storage struggled to string together partnerships as they fell 16 runs short.
Ben Legg set the tone for the Crows, top scoring with the bat (64 off 51) to lead his side to a score of 5/154 off their 20 overs.
Kyle O'Connor and Chris Holland were best with the ball for Agri Storage, taking two wickets apiece.
A number of Agri Storage batsmen got starts in their run chase, with five players reaching double figures, but no one could go on with it, with O'Connor's 30 the best performance as they were held to 8/138.
Michael Picone (3/29) and Dan Brown (2/30) did the damage with ball in hand for the Crows.
Moree and District Cricket Association president Glen Holland said Agri Storage having to deal with opposition teams forfeiting throughout the season may have hurt them in the end.
"Agri Storage were undefeated until the last game of the year, and then lost again in the final," he said.
"They were probably a bit unlucky."
