In 1919 in Australia the people at a referendum refused the parliament a request to create government corporations.
That decision still stands today in 2014.
Consequently, any moves by the state and federal elected corporate representatives to agree to the Trans Pacific Partnership branded as a “trade agreement” are in fact, an enforceable transfer of Australia’s and Australians’ sovereignty to foreign corporations.
The authority has been given by the people of the constitution of the Commonwealth of Australia 1900 to the Trans Pacific Partnership branded as a “trade agreement”, therefore elected corporate representatives are acting illegally and against the sovereignty of Australians, at all levels.
‘The Esan Factor’ is rampant.
