Tyre mechanic performs amputation in the field

You can get it picking up a heavy load; you can get it having a baby; you can get it just by sneezing; matter of fact – this tractor got one yesterday. Nicknamed the “hernia” by an anonymous tyre mechanic, the blown out tyre required a full surgical amputation and replacement before recovery was possible for the blue and red 1960s farmer’s classic. Fortunately the hernia relieved just the right amount of pressure to prevent the whole tyre exploding and no humans were injured in the incident.
