Moree Weebollabolla Bulls will be looking to keep their Central North finals hopes alive as they host arch-rivals Narrabri Blue Boars in an elimination final this Saturday, August 12.

The Bulls finished in third place on the Central North rugby union competition ladder, while Narrabri placed at the top of tier two, finishing sixth overall which gives them a shot at finals.

This weekend is the first round of finals, with the winner of this match to move on to preliminary finals next week while the loser will be knocked out of the competition.

Moree will also host under 17s, under 19s and second grade elimination finals, with all the action to get underway at Weebollabolla Oval from 10.30am, starting with the under 17s match between Narrabri and Tamworth Magpies.

This will be followed by Farrer and Narrabri in the under 19s, with the second grade match between the Magies and Inverell to begin at 1.20pm.

The first grade match will kick off at 3pm.
