Moree Mobile Neighbourhood Watch has only been running for three weeks, but in that time the group has been overwhelmed with support from the community.

So far, the group has received about $2000 worth of donations to help the cause.

The biggest donation has come from Angus and Kate Penfold from Moree Signs, who donated two sets of magnetic signs that can be stuck onto the side of the cars so they can be clearly identified during night patrols.

Other donations include a $200 petrol voucher from Simon and Kylie Smith, a $100 petrol voucher and a first aid kit from Amcal Chemist, $100 petrol vouchers from Lowes Petroleum and Wally and Noelene McDonald and a $40 food voucher from James and Jenny Pritchard.

If anyone else would like to donate, contact Stephen Ritchie on 0427 149 500.
