A teenager was charged, refused bail, and expected to appear in Moree Court today after shots were fired in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Police established crime scenes at a service station on Alice Street and the Moree Hospital, after air rifle pellets were found at both locations.
One boy was charged with fire firearm in a public place and possess unregistered firearm in public place.
The other was released pending further inquiries.

Police are investigating reports of shots fired in Moree Sunday morning.
Just before 3am on Sunday, Moree police were called to a service station on Alice st following reports of shots fired at the premises.
On arrival, officers located an air rifle pellet and minor damage to a fence.
A crime scene was setup for forensic examination.
Police also attended Moree hospital and established a second crime scene when another pellet was located at the entrance.
Two 15-year-old boys are currently assisting police with enquiries at Moree police station.
No persons were injured as result the firearm being discharged.
