This featured more than 25 artists, from eight Aboriginal owned and operated Art Centres, within the Central Desert.
There were a few celebrated senior artists featured in the show, including Carol Golding and Tjayanka Woods.
However the bulk of the exhibition showcases emerging artists.
Yaama Ganu co-director, Toby Osmond, said they were very happy with how well the exhibition had been received.
“We have had some terrific sales since Friday's opening.
“A couple of the bigger pieces proved very popular, with some collectors missing out on pieces that they were hoping to acquire at the opening.
“For many of these artists, not only is there a huge amount of pride and cultural significance in the artwork, but it is often their main source of income.
“it is a show that celebrates Aboriginal artists, from several different Art Centres, not only benefits the artists and their communities financially but also offers a platform for Indigenous Australians to document and share their stories for today's and future generations,” he said.
About 50 guests and community members attended the evening.
“It was great to see many younger faces in the crowd showing an interest in Aboriginal art,” Mr Osmond said.
