It will be alleged the man seriously and sexually assaulted his ex-partner during a domestic violence incident which occurred in Toowoomba last month.

It is alleged the man is a participant of the Rebels Criminal Motorcycle Gang associated with the Ballina chapter.
Detective Inspector Brendan Smith of Taskforce Maxima, said the investigation revealed another example of the bullying behaviour used by criminal motorcycle gang participants, who not only commit offences but also attempt to scare complainants from making complaints to authorities.
“The courage of the victim in this instance is indicative of the change in community attitude.
“Victims now come forward with confidence knowing they are supported and these offenders will face the consequences of their actions,” Detective Inspector Smith said.
The man will face Moree Local Court today where his extradition will be sought.
