A 22-year-old worker found two men standing outside the Toyota HiAce van, which was parked on the street in Carlingford in Sydney's northwest, about 8am on Saturday when he returned to it after making a delivery.
One of the men was armed with a knife.
They demanded the worker hand over the keys then drove away in the van, taking with them 70 parcels and the driver's wallet, shoes and backpack.
Police are seeking dashcam vision or reports from anyone who has seen a van with the NSW registration BK03PD.
