Nicola McDermott's strength and conditioning coach Kelly Beahan-Smith demonstrates a lockdown workout

Or perhaps you have been inspired by Australia's success at the recent Olympics in Tokyo.

Maybe you're missing doing your favourite workouts at the gym.

Fresh off success with Olympic silver medalist Nicola McDermott, strength and conditioning coach Kelly Beahan-Smith has put together a short, home workout video for Express readers.

Beahan-Smith has been involved with some of Australia's top athletes across a multitude of sports.

Her most recent feat includes helping coach record-breaking high jumper McDermott to the silver medal in Tokyo.

Beahan-Smith is also a coach to Paralympic alpine skier Sam Tait as well as having been part of coaching teams for NRL clubs, rugby union clubs, Tennis Australia and cricket NSW.
