The meeting will be held at Moree's SHAE Academy, 114 Anne Street at 5.30pm today (Tuesday, July 20).
"We are desperately calling out for help for volunteers to help search for Gordon Copeland," a Facebook post read.
"Gordon went into the river at Yarraman around 2am on Saturday the 10th. We are asking all of Moree and surrounding towns to come show their support and help search for Gordon.

"Please, if there us anyone that can donate their time and help this family search for Gordon please go to the meeting. It's been too long and it's time to bring this young man home to his family.
"Come on Moree, we need to stick together!"
