Residents are being asked to hold-off on attending the pop-up Covid testing site at Moree.
Due to the high number of vehicles at the Moree Gateway, the team is experiencing traffic issues as the testing site has reached full capacity.
"Well done to all the community members who have been proactive in going to get their COVID testing done this morning," a message from Moree Plains Shire Council read.
Earlier, Adam Marshall MP advised the community that more testing was being made available for locals.
The existing clinic at Moree Hospital will be open today (Thursday) from 8.15am to 6pm and Laverty Pathology will also have a pop-up drive-through clinic established in the Tourism Moree carpark.
Residents should monitor the NSW Government's website and social media for updates on testing clinics and COVID-19 case locations.
