Officers attached to New England Police District responded to reports of shots fired at multiple homes and cars throughout Boggabilla at about 3.30am on November 23, 2020.
Detectives established Strike Force Deleware to investigate the circumstances surrounding the shootings.
Just before Christmas last year, police renewed calls for the public to come forward with information about the incident, as they continued to hunt for a second man believed to be involved.

Following inquires, strike force detectives, with assistance from the Tactical Operations Unit and Operational Support Group, executed two search warrants at homes within the Toomelah village at about 7.30am on Tuesday, January 5.
During the search, officers seized a replica pistol and ammunition, which will undergo further examination.
A 19-year-old man was arrested at the scene and taken to Boggabilla Police Station, where he was charged with four counts of fire firearm at dwelling-house with disregard for safety.
The man was refused bail to appear at Armidale Local Court on Wednesday, January 6.
Investigations continue.
