Northern Tablelands MP Adam Marshall visited the club on Thursday to announce the funding, which will see the amenities fully refurbished with new toilets, sinks, showers and a mechanical air extraction system.
Mr Marshall said the grant is part of the state government's COVID-19 stimulus program rolling out across regional NSW.
"This grant will be used here at the Moree PCYC to upgrade and bring up to compliant standards all of the bathroom, change room and shower facilities here at the club," he said.
"There's been some issues just because of the age of the facilities here where the male change room is not usable, the female change room is barely usable in terms of meeting current standards and of course the bathrooms need a good spruce up as well."

The funding has come at a good time for PCYC as planning is under way to spend the $2 million grant the club received back in 2018, as the bathroom and change room facilities were going to be upgraded as part of that project.
"This grant is really good news because one, that important work is going to be fast tracked and done earlier using this money, not part of the main project," Mr Marshall said.
"And because we've found extra money to do this, there's now $250,000 extra as part of that $2 million grant that can be used on something else in the club to maybe expand a room or for new equipment or whatever that will be.
"It's really good news all round and it's good to see a lot of money being invested in these facilities, not just here at the club but obviously over in the basketball stadium as well."
PCYC Moree Senior Constable Jason Coakes said the upgrades will be "fantastic for the club" as they look to modernise the facilities.
"That's the way PCYC wants to go with bringing the club into the 21st century and it'll be modern and better facilities for the youths for us to work with," he said.
"I think it's a win-win for not only the community but for us here who work here at the club."
Senior Constable Coakes said the new grant, along with the $2 million project on the way, is quite timely for the club as the facilities are overdue for an upgrade.
"There's $2 million in the pipeline for a massive upgrade which we're all looking forward to, how it's going to turn out," he said.
"We've seen some plans and they look really impressive. It's just a matter of when that gets the go ahead and we can get on with having an updated club."
