Bruce Anthony Coss, 48, and Robert James Stonestreet, appeared in Moree Local Court on Monday but had their cases adjourned again.

They're yet to enter pleas to the single allegation levelled against them, after being charged by a police strike force in October last year.

Coss is charged with killing Darren Royce Willis after a night out at the Imperial Hotel in Bingara on December 10, 2010.

Stonestreet is accused of concealing a serious indictable offence, namely the alleged murder of Mr Willis.

The pair's cases were listed for charge certification in court on Monday, but it's been adjourned again for the same reason.

Magistrate Mark Richardson granted a two-week adjournment in the case which is now scheduled to be mentioned again at the end of the month.

Neither of the men lodged a new release application, and both were formally refused bail by Mr Richardson.

Detectives allege Coss struck Mr Willis near his Bingara home, and killed him. He's then alleged to have dumped Mr Willis' body at an unknown location. His remains still have not been found.

New England detectives allege Stonestreet has key details on the general location of Mr Willis' remains.

Police allege he was present when the murder occurred and did not come forward with information during the investigation.

The pair have been in custody since their arrest in Bingara in October last year by officers from Strike Force Barca - the police operation that has been investigating Mr Willis' murder.
