Sylvia, who owns Sylvia's Fabrics and Accessories, has been run off her feet over the past few weeks as demand for face masks grows.
Last Tuesday, July 28, while she was busy serving customers, her mobile phone was stolen from the counter of her shop in Heber Street.
The theft was upsetting for Sylvia, who not only has many irreplaceable personal photos on her phone, but needs it for her business.
"It was really bad," she said.
"Apart from personal photos, I use it for my business. I had a large order to go to Melbourne and photos of the material the customer wanted."

Thanks to the efforts of Moree Police, who used Moree Plains Shire Council's CCTV to track down the theft, along with the help of another source, Sylvia's phone was returned to her by Thursday afternoon.
Sylvia would like to thank the three local police officers who helped track down her phone.
"They were absolutely amazing," she said.
"I just want to stress how wonderful they were; they were so empathetic."
