The Rugby Speed Coach will be holding a speed and agility workshop on Saturday for players aged nine and up.
It is mainly focused on rugby union and rugby league players but is open to athletes across all sports.
The two-hour session aims to help players develop breakaway speed by learning the same speed techniques and skills professional players use to stay quick on the field.
Players will learn all the essentials to help improve their speed, including speed mechanics, change of direction, agility, mobility, first step quickness, core strength, acceleration, explosive power, muscle activation and flexibility.
The workshop will not cover any general rugby skills or skills associated with a specific sport, rather focusing solely on the athletic skill of speed.
The clinic will begin at 2pm this Saturday, August 8 at the Moree Rugby Club. It costs $60 and spots can be booked online.
