A mobile phone containing explicit photographs of young females was seized by New England Police District detectives during a raid on a Croppa Creek home at 9am on Saturday, July 11.
A 68-year-old man was arrested that afternoon and taken to Moree Police Station where he was charged with possessing child abuse material, using a child under 14 years for pornographic purposes, disseminating/ producing child pornography, stalk/ intimidate intending fear of physical/ mental harm, and detention application - arrest.

Police will allege in court that the man took photos of a victim on several occasions between the ages of seven and 13 years old.
The man appeared before Tamworth Local Court on Sunday, July 12 where he was granted conditional bail to reappear before Moree Local Court on Monday, September 14.
