Brazel came off the bench last weekend, taking the field six minutes into the second half and playing out the rest of the game as the Eels went down 26-22 to the Roosters.
Brazel will start with number 11 on his back as his side looks to bounce back from the loss a week ago.
The Eels game against the Thunderbolts will kick off at 2pm on Saturday, February 29.
