Students and their families arrived and the night kicked off with a PowerPoint presentation of photos and fun from throughout the year.
The night was hosted by school captain Ruby Stewart and vice captains Gordie Cooper and Allira Stolzenberg.
The night commenced with the National Anthem and year 2 student Andrew Stolzenberg did the acknowledgement to country.

The K, 1 and 2 class then did a dance to Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree, which was followed by Mrs Vivianne Fouracher's principal's address and the P&C president's report from Heather Langfield.
The ukulele group preformed a melody of You Are My Sunshine and What Shall We Do With the Drunken Sailor.
Sports captains Max Gillogly and Tyler Stolzenberg gave their 2019 sports report before Mrs Kim Kirkby presented sports awards.
Ruby Stewart, Max Gillogly, Patrick Blanch and Chloe Gillogly all received awards for representation in athletics at regional level. Chloe also represented Bellata in cross country at regional level and was awarded 2019 Sportsperson of the Year.
Sports captains for 2020 were announced, with Patrick Blanch Chappell's captain and Chloe Gillogly for Goolagong. Their parents were invited to pin their badges on.
The small choir then gave a beautiful performance of Make Your Own Kind of Music and Pokarekare Ana.
Ruby Stewart gave her school captain's report for 2019, followed by Mrs Mary-Anne McPherson and Mrs Kirkby presenting creative arts and library awards. Allira Stolzenberg was presented with the senior Creative Arts Award and Elsie Blanch received the junior award.
Harley Budden was named the 2020 library monitor and Boston Kirkby received the 2019 library award.
A group of students then preformed a great collaboration on the bongo drums.
The K, 1 and 2 awards were presented next by Mrs Kirkby with the assistance of Mrs Langfield. The 3, 4, 5 and 6 awards were presented by Mrs Fouracher with the assistance of Mrs Laura-lee Chaplin.
Mrs Fouracher, with the assistance of David Crowe, presented this year's special awards. The recipients are as follows:
- Senior Science Award - Max Gillogly
- Junior Science Award - Patrick Lowein
- History/Geography Award - Gordie Cooper
- CWA Citizenship Award - Audrey Cooper
- Mathematics Award - Ruby Stewart
- English Award - Ruby Stewart
- Music Awards - Gordie Cooper, Ruby Stewart and Allira Stolzenberg
- Edna Promnitz Public Speaking Award - Allira Stolzenberg
- Dux - Ruby Stewart
NSW Public School education director David Crowe then gave his address followed by the whole school choir singing We Will Rock You.
Year 5 students took the leadership pledge.
Tyler Stolzenberg was announced school captain for 2020 and Max Gillogly with Boston Kirkby announced vice captains. Their parents were invited to pin their badges on.
The formal proceedings concluded with the presentation of year 6 graduation certificates and momentous for Gordie Cooper, Allira Stolzenberg and Ruby Stewart, the audience was then treated to a slide show of the year 6 students' last seven years at Bellata Public School. The year 6 students then invited everyone to do The Git Up dance with them.
