'Serendipity on Broadway' will be the all-female group's third concert, and perhaps their best yet, featuring some of the greatest numbers from some of the most iconic musicals.
"This concert is a bit different to the others - normally we do different songs, but this time it'll be medleys of different musicals and each medley is about 13 to 15 minutes long," Serendipity musical director Michele Maurer said.
The show will also be more of a production than their previous performances, with costuming and choreography to complement the Broadway theme.
"It'll be much more fun," Ms Maurer said.

There will be something for all ages to enjoy in the two-part program, which will begin with songs from the timeless classic The Wizard of Oz, which is this year celebrating 80 years since it was released in 1939.
Another classic, The Sound of Music, will follow, featuring solo performances from some of the younger members of the group, as well as beautiful harmonies in the nuns' choruses.
Continuing on with the nun theme, and the group will skip ahead to the more modern Sister Act.
They will then move on to Wicked, which Ms Maurer said was a "massive undertaking", followed by the unprecedented A Chorus Line and finishing with a powerful Les Misérables medley.
"It's a big program," Ms Maurer said.
"It has been a lot of really hard work, but we've had a ball doing it and are looking forward to presenting it.
"Hopefully it will lift people's spirits and take their minds off the drought for a time."
Serendipity on Broadway will be held at Bank Art Museum Moree (BAMM) for two nights only on Friday, November 22 and Saturday, November 23.
Tickets are just $25 and go on sale at Sylvia's Fabrics from Wednesday, November 6. People are encouraged to get in quick to avoid disappointment.
