The Rotary Club of Moree on Gwydir had a great time at its annual Hat Day.

The Rotary Club of Moree on Gwydir held its annual Hat Day celebration as part of its national Lift the Lid on Mental Illness fundraising campaign.

Rotarians and partners met at the Moree Golf Club for dinner and a fun night of fines for silly trivia questions to raise funds in support of the one-in-five Australians who suffer a mental illness every year.

100 percent of funds raised will go towards vital mental health research at universities right across Australia.

Rotary is a global network of 1.2 million neighbours, friends, leaders and problem solvers who see a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change across the globe, in our communities and in ourselves. The Rotary Club has a lot of fun doing this.
