Sarsha has been named the winner of the Moree Thumbs Up Thumbs Down Customer Service Appreciation Award for August.
She works as part of the reception team at Gwydir Medical Practice, which opened in May this year.
Sarsha said she really enjoys working in a great team environment, which would not be possible without the help and support of her colleagues Sarah Francis and Ashlea Pont as well as having such a supportive boss Dr Fealy.

"It is a great feeling to come to work every day, seeing our regular patients and the appreciation they have for all of our hard work," she said.
Sarsha said this award means a great deal, particularly after a difficult few months when the practice was being established.
"It makes me realise how lucky I am to have a job I love and being able to deal with beautiful patients every day that appreciate everything we do," she said.
"It hasn't been the easiest couple of months, but I really appreciate the patients being so kind and patient with us until we get settled and move to our permanent premises."
Rebecca Berger nominated Sarsha for the August award, "because I always find her bright and bubbly with a welcoming smile on her face towards everyone at the doctor's surgery".
"I always find her to be very polite, professional and has things you have asked her to have organised, ready," she said.
"A very lovely young lady."
Sarsha thanked Rebecca for nominating her and all who took the time to vote.
"I really appreciate it, it means so much to be recognised for the hard work and dedication we put into the practice to help the community," she said.
Voting for the September 2019 award is now open. To vote for who you believe deserves recognition head to the Moree Thumbs Up Thumbs Down Facebook page.
