Players, along with families and friends, came together at the Moree Services Club to commemorate the club and individual achievements.
The most notable achievement for the club was the under-17s who triumphed over the Inverell Saints in the grand final to get revenge on their rivals after last year's loss.
Steven Le Milliere took out the under-17s Best and Fairest while Corey Baker was named Players Player.
Daniel Brown was the Leading Goal Kicker, scoring a whopping 51 goals, which also topped the competition.
For the senior men, Jack Montgomery added to his trophy collection, winning Best and Fairest after also being named the senior men's Rising Star at the AFL North West presentation.
Adrian Smith topped the goal kickers list, Matt Trainor won the Coaches Award while Jem Nash won Players Player.
